Recipe is just like any other flow, but only used as a template to apply default values to one or more flow definition in just a single click. You would create a recipe just like any other flow and choose the input & output connections, settings etc. Once a recipe is created, you can then use the recipe while creating a new flow, and choose the "Use Recipe" button to apply the recipe on one or more objects from the source system.

With recipe you can create hundreds or even thousands of flows in just a single click.
